Refund & Exchange Policy

REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once an order has been completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Mugs, masks, and hats are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if a clothing item does not work out for you, we are always happy to exchange your item for the same item, if available.  If the item is not available in the requested size we will offer store credit.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our exchange policy is 14 days. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW, UNUSED, UNWORN, UNWASHED, SELLABLE CONDITION. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

 

All postage costs for returns must be covered by the customer. To exchange your item(s), please return them to:
