Welcome to SheAttitudes®. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of barbaradempson.com and sheattitudes.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from SheAttitudes® ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in embroidery, stitching, printing, or color tone may occur due to the nature of production. Book titles are provided as described on the product page; minor variations in printing or binding may occur between print runs.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

SheAttitudes® is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our published Returns & Exchanges Policy.

6. Intellectual Property & Trademark Rights

SheAttitudes® is a registered trademark of Barbara Dempson. All content on this Site is a copyrighted work of Barbara Dempson and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Protected marks include, but are not limited to:

  • The SheAttitudes® name and brand, a registered trademark of Barbara Dempson
  • The SheAttitudes® affirmations, a copyrighted work of Barbara Dempson
  • The Love Letter Collection™ name and branding
  • The titles The Hardest Part of the Wait is the Weight and Good Enough: Good Enough to Bed, But Not Good Enough to Wed
  • All related logos, artwork, cover designs, garment layouts, typography, and branding elements

Certain marks may be registered and/or pending registration.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • Reproduce, copy, modify, digitize, or distribute our designs, artwork, or written works
  • Manufacture apparel bearing substantially similar designs
  • Use our slogans, cover art, or branding for commercial purposes
  • Register domain names, social handles, or trademarks incorporating our protected marks

Purchase of SheAttitudes® products does not grant any license or ownership rights in our intellectual property.

We reserve all rights to enforce our trademarks and copyrights.

7. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Policy

To protect our customers and the integrity of limited releases, all orders are subject to fraud review and verification.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or delay orders flagged as high-risk
  • Request additional verification
  • Limit or block future purchases

Customers agree to contact hello@sheattitudes.com before initiating a chargeback.

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks — including claims of non-receipt where delivery confirmation exists — may result in:

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases
  • Submission of transaction evidence to financial institutions
  • Recovery of associated fees where permitted by law

We take the integrity of every transaction seriously — and we ask the same of our customers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SheAttitudes® shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SheAttitudes®, its owners, affiliates, and employees from claims arising from:

  • Fraudulent activity

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Maryland.
